Order Process

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery times range from 5–8 business days after shipment, depending on location.

Why isn’t shipping free?

We believe in honest, transparent pricing. Gentlemen’s Wick is a small, independent business, and each order is carefully prepared and shipped by hand from our workshop.

While we would love to absorb shipping costs, doing so at this stage would require increasing product prices across the board. Rather than create the illusion of “free” shipping by building those costs into our candles, we choose to keep pricing fair and transparent.

To help keep shipping costs reasonable, we’ve found USPS Ground Advantage to be the most cost effective option for standard delivery.

Shipping Rates

We offer standard $9 flat rate shipping on any order (5-8 business days)

Priority Shipping $15 (2-4 business days)

From time to time, we may offer shipping promotions or specials when possible. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Shipping Carriers

USPS is our primary shipping carrier. In rare circumstances, an alternate carrier may be used to ensure successful delivery.

Gentlemen’s Wick currently ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Gentlemen’s Wick is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s) so we may assist you.
