Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unburned, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage during return transit. Gentlemen’s Wick is not responsible for items damaged due to improper return packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed.
